MBA Graduate Receives Top Achievement

Port Elizabeth, 05 March 2014 - NMMU Business School MBA graduate, Phumeza Pepeta, was recently elected as one of the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber’s Top 40 Under 40. 

The Top 40 Under 40 is a showcase of dynamic and young leadership talent in Nelson Mandela Bay and is a project of the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber.

Her nomination is a testimony to her character and the contribution she has made in the field of human resource management.

In addition to Top 40 under 40, Pepeta was honoured last year as one of the Values Leaders within the Barclays Group for her value driven leadership.

“I have grown to realize that life is all about relationships. In the workplace I strive to promote teamwork and collaboration, continuously displaying a creative approach in creating group synergy, focusing on shared goals,” Pepeta said.

Pepeta currently holds the position of Senior HR Business Partner with ABSA.
