NMMU Business School senior lecturer Dr Margaret Cullen extended NMMU Business School’s international research and academic networks at the International Entrepreneurship Program hosted in the United States by the Institute for International Business at the University of Colorado Denver this month.

presentation and keynote lecture was presented by Professor Kobus Jonker,

NMMU Business School hosted a public lecture "The benefits of lean in the food and beverages industry" on Tuesday 29 May. The lecture was presented by NMMU Business School's Professor Koot Pieterse. Pieterse's areas of expertise lie in lean, automotive, operations management, service quality and process improvement.
Guests from leading multinational organisations in the food and beverage industry attended the event, and provided extremely positive feedback on the knowledge and insights presented by Prof Pieterse.

our formal programme study body from Gauteng, Port Elizabeth, George and East
London who graduate with MBA or DBA qualifications at the NMMU graduation
ceremony of 2012.
All block students (1st, 2nd and 3rd year MBA’s) visited the campus during Study Visit Week (6-11 February). The Graduate School accommodated some 400 students on campus (MBA, BBA & ABP) during the week, missing only the 27 DBA students. More than 140 first-year students participated in a team building session on the Second Avenue campus, nearby the site of the new Business School development, and a special function was hosted for all second-year block students.
